4) AI-Assisted Features and Server-Side Processing

RepliFlow may help you turn unstructured fragments (text, images, voice recordings) into summaries and single-page digests. If you choose to use AI-assisted features:

  • Processing occurs on RepliFlow Team servers under our control.
  • We do not share your uploaded content with any third party.
  • We delete uploaded content promptly after processing is complete.
  • You control whether to upload and whether to generate outputs.

If you do not upload content, the Service will not process it for AI-assisted features.

5) How We Disclose (Share) Information

We disclose information only to the minimum extent necessary and only as follows:

  • With your consent or at your direction (for example, when you export or share a digest).
  • To trusted processors acting on our instructions (limited purposes such as operating and securing the Service), under confidentiality and security obligations.
  • For legal reasons (to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or lawful requests).
  • To protect rights and safety (to enforce terms, prevent harm, and address fraud/security issues).

6) International Data Transfers
