1) Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use RepliFlow. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2) The Service

RepliFlow helps you organize scattered notes and ideas into meaningful summaries. You may input text snippets, images, or voice recordings; explore notes on a canvas; navigate a timeline; and export/share single-page digests.

3) Accounts

  • Provide accurate account information (such as name/username/email) and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4) User Content

Your ownership: you retain ownership of your User Content.

License to operate: you grant RepliFlow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and as permitted by these Terms.

You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful, or that attempts to interfere with the Service.

5) AI-Assisted Features

RepliFlow may include AI-assisted features that generate summaries and digests from your inputs.

  • Uploads are processed on RepliFlow Team servers under our control.
  • We do not share your uploaded content with any third party.
  • We delete uploaded content promptly after processing is complete.
  • You control whether to upload content and whether to generate outputs.

Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

6) Photos and Face-Related Use

  • No facial recognition; no biometric identification.
  • Processing is only to provide requested features; uploaded images are deleted promptly after processing.
  • Generated outputs are stored locally on your device by default unless you export/share.
  • Not used for advertising/marketing profiling and not used to train models.

7) Acceptable Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except as permitted by law.
  • Do not bypass security, access controls, or restrictions.
  • Do not use the Service to harm others or to store/transmit illegal content.
  • Do not scrape or systematically extract data without permission.

8) Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by RepliFlow or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

9) Exporting and Sharing

You may export or share digests. You are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom. Once shared externally, recipients’ policies may apply.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or to protect the security and integrity of the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLIFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLIFLOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. REPLIFLOW’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date.

15) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of business, excluding conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
